Swimming Lessons

Austin started swimming lessons this week in Corvallis. He LOVES them. Here's a few pictures of his first day.

Chris before the events

Chris's first event was to climb a pole with a raw egg in the basket. At the top put the raw egg in your mouth and climb down without breaking it. You'll see what happens :)

The rodeo was a lot of fun. I didn't get to see all of Chris's events because there was a lot of waiting around and Austin wasn't too entertained with that. So he got his face painted, played in the blow up slide, & sat in Airlife. I was going to enter the womens pole climbing then got tired of waiting and rode in the bucket truck instead. Now I wish I would have just tried it. I'm not a fan of heights, but your in a harness and can't fall off the pole. Next year for sure & maybe I can practice a bit and win. Not too many women were doing it and the fastest time was definitely beatable.
