Christmas was a lot of fun. I took video of Austin, but very few pictures, so I'm posting the ones that I've already transfered to my flash drive.
We wish everyone a very safe and happy New Years too. Any fun ideas, let me know. I never do anything new years eve and feel like doing something.

video test-it worked :)

I hadn't posted any video's because I usually downloaded them from another site. Well I guess you can directly download them in blogger now.

This one isn't too exciting but the only one I had saved on my flash drive.

Taking the Christmas Card Picture

This is how our morning started out.
Now we're tired. This is probably picture #2 or #3
Lets bribe with candy....oh not blue candy...ooops!

Cookie Exchange Party

My counsin Michelle & I went to a cookie party last Saturday. Here's a few pictures of the "goodies" Thanks Alisha! It was a lot of fun. Not everyone was in the picture....I should have taken one at the end of the party not the beginning.

Anniversary Weekend

Chris and I had a little mini vacation Sunday & Monday for our 3rd Anniversary. We had a wonderful time skiing at Timberline and then stayed at The Resort at the Mountain in Welches, OR. I would definitely recommend the mid week specials. We had the dining room to ourselves Sunday night and the Resort was really quite. Our fire side room had a real fireplace! Plus 2 logs to burn free of charge.

Saturday was the Jingle Bell run/walk for Arthritis in Bend. It was COLD!!!! I didn't even take any pictures because I didn't want to take off my gloves. Sara (the RD I worked with in Warm Springs) and I were the only ones that ended up doing it. The temp was 29 degrees, but the wind chill had to be 10 degrees. Austin even got cold with a snow suit, blanket and a wind shield covering the stroller.

New Job

Just if anyone is curious, the link to my new jobs web site is below. I had my first customer service call today and I really hope I made the right recommendations. My biggest fear is to recommend a product that would cause harm or make someone feel worse. I guess the more I learn the more comfortable I'll become with this.

Have a great weekend.

I'm participating again this year in the Jingle Bell run/walk. Of course I am doing the 5K walk, not run. My mom, Chris's mom, Beth (sister in law), Sara (RD in Warm Springs) and I will be walking together. It's suppose to be a high of 32 degrees :) How fun. Austin will be riding in the stroller as well, but will be kept warm by a snow suit and blanket. What the life.

Guess What this is?????

If you have kids you might have an idea of how this got here?! It's a toy cattle trailer (pulled by a little semi truck) stuck inside my bedroom lamp :) I think a little short guy did this. There was also a little car and a hair barrette inside as well.
Kids are so funny.

It's a Boy

We had a baby shower for Natalie McBride on Saturday at my house. It was lots of fun. She's due to have a scheduled C-section Jan 22nd. It's a boy! Congratulations Natalie!
For those of you who don't know, Natalie and I did a job share in Warm Springs. Now she is in charge....okay Sara is too. :)
Can't wait to meet baby McBride.

Last Day at Warm Springs

Sara, Jeri, Carolyn, Jennie, Don, Lori, Bernie, Nikiya, Angie, Clem, Janet, Me.
Here's the party crew. I will miss them but just not the hour and a half drive down to Warm Springs. We had a great party on Friday & I hope we can keep in touch. I was there for 4 years and 2 months. They experienced with me my graduation from OHSU, passing of my RD exam, my first house, when I got married, & when Austin was born. What a neat group of people.

blue boy

Yesterday Austin wanted to color...so I let him. While I was doing dishes in the kitchen, he was around the corner doing this :) The markers are suppose to be "washable" but he had blue ink on him until bath time 8 hours later.
