This past weekend we took a trip to Bend to celebrate Grandma Franklin's birthday & to meet Clarence. Clarence is the cute little calf below that Austin got to name. He was so excited to feed and pet him. At first Clarence wasn't too sure of all the new people, so we had to step back and let either Bill or Eileen help with the bottle. Once Clarence was eating he would allow me to get closer to take some pictures. Austin would have so much fun if he could live on some acreage. He was outside as much as possible and had the little calf running up to him in no time. It was so cute to see. Austin collected chicken eggs every day too.

Chris & Bill put together an airplane. They tried flying it, but the wind was a little too strong. So hopefully next time the weather will be nicer.
Isaiah came over to feed the calf too. I wasn't close enough to get pictures, but he did a great job and Clarence loved the extra breakfast. The boys played on the hay stack and ran up and down the dirt piles. Boys sure love room to run!
