It's 62 degrees and the sun is shining. Dakota is not a very happy puppy. He just got a much needed bath (outside). Yes, the water was cold from the hose, but he didn't even shiver. Much easier to give him a bath outside then in the tub. Not only does he leave that all so fresh wet dog smell, but the tub needs disinfected and scrubbed afterwards too. This way, I just tie him out to dry (or else he'd roll in the dirt) and he stays clean.
Austin had a blast watching me give Dakota a bath. Somehow he got wet too, and this made his 3rd set of clothes today. While shampooing the living room carpet, Austin thought it was fun to crawl across it, so that was set number 2 (counting PJ's as #1). As usual when it was time to come inside, we had a screaming fit because he LOVES being outside.
We have a BBQ tonight at Chris's brother's house in Redmond. Should be fun. They have 2 girls, soon to be 4 & 6 I think and Austin loves to play with them.

We took the kids/dog to my parents house last night to have Gizmo meet my dad and their dogs. I was nervous but Guzmo and Spike (their pomeranian) played the whole time. We took everyone outside, Sasha ran and fell--got a mouth full of grass and dirt. But there was no dragging her in without a fit too...Now rain today. You are lucky it's snow, at least that's cleaner!
