Evan's "real" birthday party will be on Thursday August 4th up at diamond lake, but on his actual birthday he just had to have a cupcake & open some presents.

(not to compare children) But Evan did not follow in Austins foot steps when it came to the first cake. Evan has eaten bites of desserts from us, but I've never just sat a piece (or entire cupcake) in front of him to see what he would do. It was hilarious! He smashed it! The only time he actually tasted it, I dipped my finger into the frosting and gave it to him. He would not take a bite off his hands. It was flung on the floor, shook onto the wall but believe it or not, he didn't get much on himself.
He's loving this!
