July is a full month of birthday's, camping trip and other celebrations. The watermelon cakes were made for our church BBQ. I would alter the recipe a little, adding less mini chocolate chips & more red food coloring to make them look a little more like watermelons. I've never seen a piece with this many seeds :) But these are good to eat unlike the real seeds.
Evan is almost 1! I can't believe how fast a year could go by.
